SAP Business One Administrator on Azure Infrastructure

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Business One Administrator on Azure Infrastructure based in Brazil.

This remote part-time opportunity is designed for an experienced SAP Business One specialist with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure management and cloud operations. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP B1 environments while ensuring reliability, security, and performance. The role combines ERP administration, cloud infrastructure management, automation, and troubleshooting within a modern technology environment. You will contribute to improving system efficiency through DevOps practices, proactive monitoring, and infrastructure optimization. Accountabilities:

As a SAP Business One Administrator on Azure Infrastructure, you will manage and optimize SAP B1 environments while supporting cloud infrastructure operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP Business One environments hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Managing Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networking, security configurations, and system availability.
• Supporting SAP Business One deployments on SQL Server and HANA environments.
• Automating deployments, updates, and operational processes using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and scripting solutions.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to maintain reliability.
• Managing backup strategies, disaster recovery processes, and high-availability solutions.
• Supporting infrastructure optimization initiatives to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with technical teams to maintain secure, scalable, and well-documented SAP environments.
• Assisting with migrations from on-premise environments to Azure when required.
• Supporting SAP B1 integrations, add-ons, and related technical enhancements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP Business One and Azure professional with strong infrastructure and automation capabilities. You should bring:

• Proven experience installing, administering, and supporting SAP Business One environments on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security management.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize enterprise application performance.
• Experience managing backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One add-ons, integrations, and technical extensions is a plus.
• Previous experience migrating SAP environments from on-premise infrastructure to Azure is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
