SAP EWM/TMS Expert Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP EWM/TMS Expert Consultant based in Brazil.

This role sits at the heart of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives within a complex, international environment.
You will oversee end-to-end delivery of interconnected SAP projects, with a strong focus on EWM and TMS solutions.
The position involves driving cross-functional alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
You will ensure governance, planning, and execution of multiple parallel project streams.
A key part of the role is managing dependencies, risks, and launch readiness across SAP landscapes.
You will act as a strategic leader, ensuring delivery excellence and smooth deployment into production.
This is a high-impact role where structure, communication, and SAP expertise directly influence business performance.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery lifecycle of SAP EWM and TMS projects, ensuring alignment with global governance standards and business objectives.
• Manage multi-project environments, including planning, dependencies, risk tracking (RAID), and release readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, and technical teams to ensure successful solution design and deployment.
• Drive end-to-end deployment activities, including go-live planning, execution, and post-launch stabilization.
• Facilitate executive-level alignment sessions and communicate clear roadmap visibility to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, release governance frameworks, and infrastructure coordination.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with strong expertise in SAP EWM and/or SAP TMS environments.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP operations, including technical infrastructure and middleware integration.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stream SAP transformation or rollout programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in release management, deployment governance, and SAP lifecycle methodologies is highly valued.
