In this role, you will play a key part in driving agile excellence within a dynamic and collaborative technology environment. You will act as a facilitator and enabler for development teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality software solutions while fostering continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help remove obstacles, anticipate risks, and maintain a steady development pace. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and prioritize team demands to ensure consistent delivery quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and clients
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote adherence to Scrum and Kanban principles
  • Identify and remove blockers while proactively mitigating risks that may impact delivery
  • Maintain a productive and sustainable development pace within the team
  • Track and monitor performance indicators and support reporting activities for the team
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field, with a postgraduate qualification in IT as a plus
    • Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
    • Solid understanding of object-oriented software development
    • Experience coordinating or supervising technical teams
    • Strong skills in requirements gathering and software analysis
    • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
    • Background in system development projects and lifecycle management
    • Familiarity with public sector contracts is a plus
    • Knowledge of business process management, workflows, and BPMN
    • Understanding of software testing practices, including TDD and BDD
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
