Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads through the sales funnel and ensuring a smooth transition into clinical consultations. You will engage with prospects across multiple channels, maintain consistent follow-ups, and ensure accurate CRM tracking while collaborating closely with internal teams to improve conversion performance.

  • Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital channels
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and messaging to identify and engage new prospects
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, goals, and interest in available healthcare services
  • Clearly explain treatment programs and wellness offerings in a simple and consultative manner
  • Schedule consultations with clinical or specialist teams and ensure proper follow-up with prospects
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Requirements:

    This position requires strong sales development experience combined with excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with prospects about health-related topics, managing multiple leads, and working in a structured, target-driven environment.

    • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Comfortable handling phone-based conversations and discovery calls with prospects
    • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and lead management
    • Ability to explain complex services in a clear, simple, and engaging way
    • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-up discipline
    • Empathetic, customer-focused approach with interest in wellness or healthcare services
