Accountabilities:
- Execute active outbound and inbound prospecting to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Conduct strategic conversations with decision-makers to understand business needs and pain points.
- Diagnose opportunities and qualify leads for conversion into high-value sales meetings.
- Build, optimize, and manage outreach cadences, scripts, and prospecting approaches.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track key prospecting and conversion metrics.
- Analyze pipeline performance and provide insights to improve lead generation efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine funnel strategies and conversion processes.
- Support and guide junior SDRs when needed, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Proven experience as an SDR, Sales Development, or B2B prospecting role.
- Strong ability to conduct high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and optimizing outreach performance.
- Excellent organization, discipline, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
