Security Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Security Consultant based in Brazil.

You will join a fast-growing cybersecurity environment focused on delivering real-time threat intelligence and helping organizations protect their digital ecosystems. In this role, you will act as a trusted security advisor for clients, combining technical understanding with strong client-facing skills to identify, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity challenges. You will work closely with enterprise customers, supporting them in understanding security risks, improving their security posture, and ensuring effective use of advanced cybersecurity platforms. The position requires both analytical thinking and strong communication skills, as you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping refine processes and enhance service quality across regions. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovation-driven security environment.

Accountabilities:

• Act as a regional security advisor, supporting clients in identifying, understanding, and resolving cybersecurity issues across their digital environments.
• Analyze security incidents and platform outputs to assess business impact and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new clients, working closely with internal sales and technical teams.
• Monitor customer usage of cybersecurity solutions and prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex cybersecurity findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead client engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service aligned with organizational standards.
• Contribute to process improvements by evaluating existing workflows and proposing enhancements to service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, account management, or customer success within the cybersecurity domain (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscapes, and security operations (mid to senior-level knowledge).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical security issues clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory), with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, consultative, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
• Experience coordinating teams or leading client engagements is considered a strong advantage.
