Senior Data Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and product strategy, focusing on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that guide decisions on the responsible and scalable use of AI within the organization. You will work within a data product environment, analyzing usage patterns, behaviors, and system interactions across AI tools and platforms. Your insights will directly influence product evolution, governance models, and strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical capability, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate technical data into clear narratives for both technical and business stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define metrics, ensure data quality, and support the continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions. Accountabilities:

• Prepare, process, and integrate data from multiple AI-related sources, including logs, events, and usage metrics
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and adoption behaviors related to AI tools
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards that translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights
• Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics, dimensions, and events for AI monitoring and governance
• Document business rules, data requirements, and KPI logic to ensure traceability and data governance standards
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a structured and clear manner
• Support product evolution through data-driven analysis, experimentation, and continuous feedback loops

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark
• Familiarity with data notebooks such as Jupyter or Google Colab
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
• Strong ability in data storytelling, translating analysis into actionable business insights
• Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-changing environments
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with data products, governance, risk, or compliance is a plus
• Experience in metrics-driven and data-informed environments is a plus
