This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact analytics role focused on turning complex business data into clear, trusted insights for leadership and external stakeholders. You will primarily own Finance and Post-Sales analytics, connecting Sales and customer lifecycle data into a consistent view. You’ll build and maintain the reporting layer that supports board reporting, planning, business reviews, and strategic decisions. The role combines hands-on SQL, data modeling, BI development, and stakeholder partnership. You’ll work closely with Finance, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, distributed environment. AI is also expected to be a core part of how you automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and create scalable data solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Own Finance and Post-Sales analytics, developing and maintaining the reporting layer that connects Sales, Post-Sales, and customer lifecycle data.
  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership to define, validate, and maintain key metrics used for board reporting, annual planning, and monthly or quarterly business reviews, including MRR/ARR, churn, retention, and revenue attribution.
  • Build a consistent end-to-end view of the customer journey, from pipeline and activation through retention and expansion, while resolving discrepancies in metric definitions across teams.
  • Own external partnership reporting from requirements gathering through delivery, including customer-facing dashboards and self-service reporting.
  • Translate partner data requirements into reliable data models and dashboards while ensuring information is accurate and appropriately permissioned.
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Sigma and Tableau to monitor cross-funnel KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines that provide trusted sources of truth for business reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analysis, and develop reusable tools and data infrastructure.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and act as a trusted data advisor to stakeholders.
  • Requirements

    • 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical field, ideally with experience in Finance, FinTech, Business Operations, or Retention analytics.
    • Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, manipulate data, and investigate business questions independently.
    • Strong experience with data transformation and modeling, including tools such as dbt.
    • Hands-on expertise with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, particularly Sigma and/or Tableau.
    • Proven experience building and maintaining end-to-end data models and pipelines that serve as reliable sources of truth.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and own dashboards and reporting suites that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to data accuracy and consistency.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
    • Demonstrated ability to use AI beyond basic productivity improvements, including automating workflows, accelerating analysis, and building reusable data solutions.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and partnering effectively with senior leadership.
    • Salesforce experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work during standard US business hours, with any 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation benchmarked according to function, seniority, experience, and location.
      • Equity opportunity, allowing eligible employees to participate in the long-term success of the business.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with benefits varying by region.
      • Generous paid parental leave.
      • Flexible paid time off.
      • Local retirement or savings plans, depending on location.
      • Remote-friendly, distributed working environment.
      • Commitment to pay equity and an inclusive workplace.
      • Opportunity to work on high-impact analytics supporting leadership, finance, customer operations, and external partnerships.
