Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems using Python.
• Build responsive and modern frontend features with React to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs to support high-performance applications.
• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures to improve system scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
• Create and execute unit, API, regression, and performance tests to ensure software quality.
• Optimize applications for reliability, fault tolerance, and low-latency performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform stability.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture planning, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, object-oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and both relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, or Redshift.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, performance optimization, and high-availability systems is considered an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or high-traffic e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
