Senior FullStack PHP

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web application features across multiple client projects in an agency environment.
• Build and optimize backend and frontend solutions using PHP, JavaScript, and modern CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, high-quality front-end components.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend platform functionality and improve system interoperability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation of features prior to deployment to ensure quality and stability.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with PHP development in complex web environments.
• Advanced JavaScript skills with experience in modern frontend frameworks such as React or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress and Drupal.
• Solid understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and third-party system connectivity.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), including experience in international teams.
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in technical discussions, architecture contributions, and code quality ownership.
