This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of data science, analytics, and business strategy. You will lead a team responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape product direction, customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will partner closely with senior leaders across multiple functions to define success metrics, build forecasting and behavioral models, and drive experimentation frameworks. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on analytical depth, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning data into clear business decisions. You will also play a key role in evolving modern analytics capabilities, including self-serve data platforms and scalable measurement systems. Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead the evolution of the internal data science and analytics function, ensuring it delivers measurable business value and strategic insight.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts supporting cross-functional business units
- Drive behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product performance measurement initiatives
- Build and maintain forecasting models, churn predictions, customer health scoring systems, and revenue or opportunity models
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to influence strategy and priorities
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance internal analytics platforms and enable scalable self-service analytics
- Define standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, rigor, and efficiency in analytics delivery
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics or data science teams
- Strong expertise in experimentation design, statistical analysis, forecasting, and behavioral analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming languages
- Experience designing metrics frameworks and driving data-informed decision-making in product or growth contexts
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, and product analytics tools)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based business models is strongly preferred
- Competitive base salary range: USD $170,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
