Senior Monetization Strategy Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, finance, and go-to-market execution, supporting high-impact deal design across Latin America. You will act as a key advisor in shaping pricing structures, subscription models, and complex commercial agreements that drive revenue growth while protecting margin and long-term business health. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product leadership, you will translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that strengthen win rates and improve deal velocity. The position blends advanced financial modeling, strategic storytelling, and hands-on deal execution in a fast-moving, competitive enterprise technology environment. You will also play a central role in identifying market trends and scaling repeatable commercial frameworks across the region. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys influencing executive decisions and shaping monetization strategy at scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex commercial and pricing strategies for high-value deals across CAPEX and OPEX models, supporting Sales teams in competitive negotiations.
- Build detailed financial models, business cases, and TCO/ROI analyses to demonstrate product value and strengthen commercial positioning.
- Govern deal structuring decisions to ensure alignment with pricing frameworks, revenue recognition standards, and acceptable risk thresholds.
- Analyze regional sales, renewal, and expansion data to identify patterns and develop scalable monetization and pricing playbooks.
- Translate pipeline and performance data from tools such as SFDC and Tableau into actionable insights that improve field execution and decision-making speed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales leadership to resolve complex deal structures and accelerate contract closure.
- Identify opportunities for monetization improvement and commercial innovation across LATAM markets.
- Strong experience in commercial finance, pricing strategy, deal desk, or monetization roles within enterprise or technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to structure complex financial models, including subscription and hardware-based (CAPEX/OPEX) commercial frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Google Sheets, and Tableau.
- Experience building business cases, ROI analyses, and financial narratives to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing mechanics, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
