Senior Motion Designer

This role is focused on shaping how a fast-growing SaaS brand expresses itself through motion, turning ideas, product launches, and campaigns into compelling visual storytelling. You will join a small, highly collaborative Brand Studio team where motion is a new strategic capability and a key driver of how the company communicates with its global audience. The position blends creativity, storytelling, and technical execution across product marketing, web, advertising, and live experiences. You will own end-to-end motion production, from concept to delivery, while helping define how motion design is used at scale across the brand. Working closely with designers, engineers, and marketers, you will transform static ideas into dynamic experiences that elevate product understanding and brand perception. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants their work to be visible at the core of major product and marketing moments.

Accountabilities:

• Own motion design execution across product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual output across channels.
• Create engaging animations for websites and digital experiences in collaboration with product and web engineering teams.
• Develop motion assets for advertising, including social media, display, and large-scale campaign visuals.
• Lead the exploration and integration of AI-driven video tools into the motion production workflow, improving speed and creative output.
• Build reusable motion systems, templates, and asset libraries to improve scalability and team efficiency.
• Translate marketing and product briefs into clear motion concepts and execute them from ideation through final delivery.
• Support event-related motion content such as stage visuals, promotional loops, and branded video assets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, ideally within SaaS, tech, or digital product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion storytelling, including product launches, typography animation, and brand-driven visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with additional experience in tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of design systems and collaboration workflows using Figma.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into motion or video production workflows.
• Strong storytelling ability, with a clear sense of timing, composition, and how sound enhances motion.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
