Senior .NET Developer

Accountabilities:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You will contribute to technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and support the evolution of applications through modern development methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Build and enhance SOAP and REST APIs while applying best practices for architecture, security, and versioning.
• Ensure service reliability through unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrations between multiple systems and services using appropriate design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to improving software quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support CI/CD workflows and promote automation and efficient delivery practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across different regions and time zones.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

• Strong professional experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.
• Solid knowledge of C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating SOAP and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams and communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership of tasks and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to team growth.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
