Senior Product Designer

This role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end product experiences in a fast-evolving, design-driven environment focused on blockchain and financial technology. You will be responsible for translating complex user and business needs into intuitive, scalable, and visually refined digital products across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, you will influence both the user experience and the evolution of a shared design system. This is a highly hands-on role where strong UX thinking and exceptional UI craftsmanship are equally critical. You will also contribute to broader brand expression through visual storytelling, illustrations, and optional motion or multimedia assets. The environment is remote-first, collaborative, and geared toward autonomy, ownership, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities

You will own the full product design lifecycle, from early discovery and problem definition to final delivery and design validation. Your work will directly influence product direction, usability, and visual consistency across the ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery
• Identify and validate user needs through research, testing, and iterative design approaches
• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions
• Design high-quality, responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction detail
• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable and consistent design system
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to align design with business goals
• Conduct design QA, iterate based on feedback, and ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints
• Contribute to supporting visual assets such as print materials, illustrations, and marketing design when needed

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned product designer with strong UX thinking, excellent UI execution, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on UX/UI
• Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences beyond visual design alone
• Strong UX capabilities including user flows, problem-solving, and interaction design
• High-level UI craft with strong visual attention to detail
• Experience building and scaling design systems in complex product environments
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic product thinking
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed, and cross-timezone setup
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Nice to have: experience in Web3, crypto, motion design, illustration, or front-end development fundamentals
