Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead the development and coordination of pricing deliverables across RFPs, RFIs, and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build accurate, competitive, and well-structured pricing models that support business growth.
- Develop and manage pricing proposals, budgets, statements of work, and supporting commercial documentation for RFPs and RFIs
- Partner with business development, clinical operations, and subject matter experts to gather inputs and ensure alignment of pricing strategies with delivery models
- Analyze and validate pricing assumptions, ensuring consistency across therapeutic areas and compliance with internal standards
- Contribute to the design of commercial strategies and support proposal approvals with pricing leadership
- Track timelines, manage priorities, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposal deliverables
- Maintain pricing data, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- 3β5+ years of experience in proposal management, pricing, financial analysis, or related roles in CRO, pharmaceutical, or analytical environments
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, budgeting, and proposal development processes
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with ability to interpret complex operational and financial data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and business acumen
