Senior Quality Analyst

This role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions across complex enterprise systems. You will play a key part in shaping and executing quality engineering strategies within Salesforce and SAP development environments, contributing directly to the stability and performance of critical business applications. Beyond traditional QA responsibilities, this position involves designing and maintaining AI-driven testing agents and enhancing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts, embedding quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. The environment is highly collaborative, innovation-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement and modern engineering practices. This is a hands-on senior role with strong technical depth, requiring both strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Lead quality engineering initiatives across Salesforce and SAP development teams, ensuring robust and scalable testing practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions and AI-based testing agents to improve QA efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies.
• Execute, monitor, and analyze automated and manual tests, identifying defects and ensuring timely resolution.
• Enhance QA methodologies by integrating new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven approaches into existing processes.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation for test cases, automation frameworks, AI agents, and QA results.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes to identify, investigate, and resolve recurring defects.
• Ensure continuous integration of quality practices across the SDLC and promote shift-left testing approaches.
• Provide clear reporting on quality metrics and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing quality insights and ensuring alignment across teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Engineer, or SDET in complex software environments.
• Strong expertise in test automation, especially using Playwright, with solid understanding of automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing into delivery workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP development environments.
• Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Experience with SQL and data validation (DBs or DBT models).
• Nice to have: exposure to Selenium, Gherkin, JavaScript, performance/security testing, and AI-based QA tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant QA certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
