Senior React Native Developer

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful mobile solutions within a highly innovative, AI-driven technology environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript. Working closely with product managers and designers, you will help define features, shape architecture decisions, and ensure an excellent user experience. The position involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, contributing to code quality and best practices across the team. You will also mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing in a collaborative engineering culture. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application features and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
• Ensure performance, scalability, and usability across mobile platforms
• Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions and architectural guidance
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Integrate mobile applications with services such as Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration)
• Work with offline-first architecture and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) integrations when required
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Mobile Developer with a solid portfolio in React Native applications
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and Redux architecture
• Experience with Bluetooth BLE integration and offline-first systems (mutation queues)
• Familiarity with Firebase services such as analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Reactotron or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teams
• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior developers is a plus
