Senior SAP Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager based in Brazil.

This is a part-time project leadership role focused on successfully delivering SAP initiatives within complex, international business environments. You will coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables while keeping business and technical teams aligned. The role requires strong leadership across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. You will serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders, technical specialists, and project participants throughout the project lifecycle. Success will depend on clear communication, structured organization, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to SAP business and system transformations with global teams. Experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, and tax or fiscal initiatives will provide valuable additional context.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring execution remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and business objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, priorities, activities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams, ensuring responsibilities are clear and project activities remain aligned across geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project participants, facilitating communication and resolving issues that could affect delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive appropriate mitigation actions, escalations, and follow-up.
• Lead project meetings, communicate decisions and priorities clearly, and provide concise and timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication and alignment across international teams, ensuring project expectations, changes, and delivery priorities are understood.
• Support the successful implementation of SAP-related business and system changes while maintaining focus on project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply structured project management and problem-solving approaches to address challenges, coordinate decisions, and maintain momentum toward delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including a strong background in project management and demonstrated experience managing SAP projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables in complex environments.
• Experience leading and coordinating global, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with international stakeholders in large or complex corporate organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency for meetings, written communication, and daily interaction with global teams.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage practical SAP project management scenarios, including risk management, stakeholder coordination, project delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD projects is a strong advantage.
• Previous involvement in SAP initiatives related to tax or fiscal changes is highly valued.
• Experience managing SAP projects within large, global organizations and coordinating stakeholders across multiple locations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, maintain structure across multiple priorities, and proactively communicate risks and project needs.
