Senior SharePoint / Office 365 Developer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior SharePoint / Office 365 Developer in Mexico.

This role is focused on designing and developing modern enterprise collaboration solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. You will play a key role in building scalable digital workplace applications that enhance productivity, communication, and business process automation across the organization. The position involves both hands-on development and architectural responsibility, ensuring solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with corporate standards. You will work with SPFx, React, and TypeScript to build custom components and extend Microsoft 365 capabilities. In addition, you will integrate systems using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs while contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practices. This is a senior technical role suited for someone passionate about modern cloud collaboration platforms and enterprise-grade solution design.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect scalable solutions across SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Implement integrations using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and CSOM to connect cloud and on-premise systems.
• Build automation and business applications using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and access control across enterprise collaboration environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of architecture, performance, and development standards.

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on experience with SPFx development using React and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Fluent UI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and CSOM.
• Proven experience integrating SharePoint Online with cloud and on-premise systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps or similar tools).
• Knowledge of enterprise security, authentication, and access management concepts.
• Nice to have: experience with Viva Connections, Adaptive Cards, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), MSSQL, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex enterprise environments.
