Accountabilities:

• Lead the delivery of medium-complexity iOS projects from technical discovery through implementation and release
• Design, build, and optimize scalable mobile features using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architectural patterns
• Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Improve application quality through testing, observability, debugging, and performance optimization initiatives
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, pairing sessions, and knowledge-sharing practices
• Contribute to technical planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
• Promote best practices in accessibility, maintainability, documentation, and engineering standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and operational initiatives within a fully remote global team
• Build features and systems that effectively serve multilingual and geographically diverse audiences
• Help evolve engineering processes and scalable development practices for mobile platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications
• Strong expertise with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS software architecture principles
• Experience optimizing iOS applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Ability to work effectively in self-driven, collaborative, and remote-first environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience balancing product impact, delivery timelines, and technical quality
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teammates and contribute positively to engineering culture
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, observability practices, and scalable mobile development workflows
• Experience with cross-platform mobile applications, interactive experiences, or webview integrations is a plus
• Exposure to AI tools, machine learning concepts, open-source contributions, or content management systems is advantageous
