This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to drive strategic global hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior and hard-to-fill positions across multiple regions, partnering closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and strengthen talent pipelines. You will play a key role in improving recruiting processes, enhancing employer branding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey. Accountabilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for strategic, senior-level, and specialized positions across global markets, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent pipelines, particularly for difficult-to-fill and passive candidate searches.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, align expectations, and guide structured hiring decisions.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives, helping strengthen visibility and candidate attraction across multiple channels.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill outcomes.
  • Contribute to inclusive hiring practices by implementing structured interviewing approaches and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote and international environment while leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, product, go-to-market, executive, or corporate roles in fast-paced and global environments.
    • Strong expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines for competitive markets and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver data-driven and strategic hiring solutions.
    • Solid understanding of recruiting analytics, hiring metrics, and reporting tools to improve recruitment performance.
    • Experience supporting employer branding initiatives, candidate engagement programs, or talent marketing efforts.
    • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and structured interview methodologies.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating across global teams.
    • Experience using AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, workflow efficiency, and recruiting operations.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is highly valued.
