Senior Web Designer

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and maintaining high-impact digital experiences that support global customer support and self-service ecosystems. You will act as a key technical and creative bridge between product, support, marketing, and engineering teams, ensuring that web solutions are both visually compelling and technically scalable. This position goes beyond traditional web design, combining front-end development, system integration, and performance optimization responsibilities. You will contribute to improving user experience, operational efficiency, and the overall digital journey across multiple platforms. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will manage priorities, support experimentation, and ensure the reliability of critical web assets. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web pages, templates, and components for global customer support and help center platforms.
• Ensure scalable, high-performance, and maintainable front-end solutions aligned with business and UX requirements.
• Own technical integrations between web platforms, support systems, and analytics tools, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with support, product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume backlog of web requests based on business impact, urgency, and ROI.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze performance data to recommend UX and conversion improvements.
• Oversee release management, version control, and QA processes to ensure stable and reliable deployments.
• Monitor site performance and proactively identify and resolve technical or UX issues.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of UI layout systems, including CSS Grid, responsive design, and debugging tools.
• Experience working with Webflow and Figma for design and implementation workflows.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with experience in performance tracking.
• Experience with integration or automation tools such as Mixpanel, Zapier, or Salesforce (highly valued).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on scalability, UX quality, and long-term web architecture.
