Social Media Manager

This role is focused on driving the growth and engagement of highly visible social media channels, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.
You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online voice through creative, trend-driven, and visually engaging content.
The position blends strategy, content creation, and community awareness in a fast-moving digital environment.
You will actively manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with platform trends and audience behavior.
A key part of the role involves producing short-form videos and lightweight visual assets that capture attention and drive engagement.
You will collaborate closely with brand guidelines while also having creative freedom to test new content ideas.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where creativity, consistency, and platform expertise directly impact brand growth.

Accountabilities

• Manage and grow TikTok and Instagram accounts by developing and executing engaging content strategies tailored to each platform.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality social media content while maintaining a consistent and well-structured content calendar.
• Identify trends, audience behaviors, and viral opportunities to generate relevant and high-performing content ideas.
• Produce and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or similar platforms to support TikTok and Reels performance.
• Design engaging visuals, including banners, informational graphics, and branded memes using Canva or Photoshop.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on engagement insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
• Use scheduling and publishing tools to efficiently manage content workflows and posting cadence.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts with demonstrable growth or engagement results.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content trends, and platform-specific best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, IG Edits App, Canva, and/or Photoshop.
• Experience using social media scheduling platforms such as Later, Buffer, Planoly, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of accountability and consistency.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
