This role is a key technical reference within a high-scale digital platform, where you will design, build, and evolve robust web applications that support critical business operations and external user journeys. You will work as the main frontend expert within your squad, shaping architectural decisions and ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability. The position involves building responsive interfaces from Figma designs, driving frontend architecture, and defining best practices for Angular development. You will also play a central role in modernizing legacy systems, including refactoring applications and supporting transitions toward microfrontend architectures. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with backend engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and secure user experiences. This is a highly autonomous role with strong influence over technical direction and frontend strategy.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, translating Figma designs into high-quality responsive interfaces.
- Define and enforce frontend architecture standards, coding practices, and modular design principles across applications.
- Lead the evolution and refactoring of legacy frontend systems to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implement and manage authentication, authorization, roles, and permission systems across web platforms.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of microfrontend architectures, including support for application decomposition strategies.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with user experience and business requirements.
- Support the transition of mobile or legacy components into modern web-based solutions where applicable.
- Act as a senior technical reference, guiding decision-making and supporting engineering best practices within the team.
- Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Developer working on large-scale web applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Angular, including architecture design, modularization, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in frontend architecture definition and refactoring of complex or legacy codebases.
- Solid background in building responsive and user-centric web interfaces.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, roles, and access control systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and act as a technical reference within engineering teams.
- Familiarity with microfrontend architectures is a strong plus.
- Understanding of web application security principles is an advantage.
- Experience with Android (Kotlin) maintenance or support is a plus.
