Solution Consultant

This role is designed for a highly technical and client-focused professional who bridges the gap between business needs and robust supply chain software solutions. You will play a key role in implementing and customizing systems that optimize logistics and operational efficiency for international and local clients. Working within a collaborative implementation team, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The position combines hands-on development, system configuration, and consultative engagement with stakeholders. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. This is a dynamic environment where technical expertise and problem-solving directly impact global supply chain performance.

Accountabilities:

• Participate in end-to-end implementation of supply chain systems, including design, development, configuration, and deployment of tailored solutions
• Translate client business processes and rules into technical specifications, system configurations, and architecture documentation
• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and system integrations using SQL and other programming languages
• Ensure code quality and technical consistency while acting as a technical reference within project teams
• Provide consultative support to clients throughout implementation cycles following structured delivery methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure solutions align with operational and business goals
• Support system troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development or systems implementation roles
• Strong experience (4+ years) in T-SQL (SQL Server) or PL/SQL (Oracle), including stored procedures and query optimization
• Solid experience in relational database design and modeling (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services using XML and JSON
• Background in system architecture documentation and solution design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project teams
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Availability for domestic and international travel
• Eligibility for CLT employment model
• Nice to have: experience in technical leadership, WMS implementations, supply chain/logistics domain, and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Bartender)
