Sr. AI Content Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. AI Content Strategist based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, product design, and AI-driven experiences, shaping how onboarding content is structured, scaled, and delivered across both traditional product interfaces and emerging AI-powered systems. You will define the foundational frameworks that enable reusable, modular, and high-quality content at scale, directly influencing how users experience onboarding journeys. The position plays a critical role in a large transformation initiative, including migration efforts and the design of AI-ready content ecosystems. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and change management teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role where systems thinking and execution come together. Your work will directly shape how AI-generated content behaves, adapts, and is evaluated across the product experience.

Accountabilities:

• Define and evolve content models, taxonomy structures, and modular frameworks to enable scalable, reusable, and structured content systems.
• Lead the content strategy for large-scale onboarding migrations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across platforms and systems.
• Design AI-ready content structures, including prompt frameworks, templates, personalization logic, and variation patterns for dynamic experiences.
• Establish evaluation criteria, quality standards, and governance models for AI-generated and system-driven content.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and change management teams to align messaging, rollout strategies, and user experience outcomes.
• Guide and support content designers in execution while building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for scalable content systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy with a strong focus on product, UX, or digital experience design.
• Proven experience designing content systems, taxonomy structures, and modular or structured content frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-generated content, including large language models, prompt design, and personalization approaches.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale content migrations or complex system transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.
• Experience defining quality benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for content or AI-generated outputs.
• Familiarity with onboarding, activation, or lifecycle experience design is a plus.
