Sr. Associate Project Manager

This role sits within a global professional services environment, supporting the successful delivery of complex ERP and enterprise software projects. You will play a key part in coordinating project execution across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Working closely with senior project managers and subject matter experts, you will contribute to planning, governance, and execution across the full project lifecycle. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will engage with both onshore and offshore teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Accountabilities:

• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business and stakeholder expectations
• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts to build structured and achievable project plans, schedules, and communications
• Collaborate with distributed teams (onshore and offshore) to ensure successful execution of project activities
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while escalating risks, dependencies, and critical issues when needed
• Facilitate regular project meetings and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, delivery quality, and cost optimization

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP program or project management environments
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and functional modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM
• Familiarity with SAP technologies and concepts including S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, or Security is a plus
• Experience working with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience working in structured or evolving project management environments
• PMP certification is preferred; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
