Sr Cloud DevOps Analyst

As a Sr Cloud DevOps Analyst, you will play a key role in driving large-scale cloud transformation initiatives and infrastructure modernization projects. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and highly available AWS environments while supporting complex migration programs. You will collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure seamless transitions to cloud-native architectures. The role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level environments, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to critical business operations. Accountabilities:

• Plan and execute migration projects from on-premises environments or other cloud platforms to AWS using industry best practices and migration frameworks.
• Lead server and workload migrations leveraging AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), ensuring minimal disruption and successful cutover execution.
• Manage database migration initiatives using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), including full-load migrations, change data capture (CDC), validation activities, and post-migration stabilization.
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS Landing Zone environments, ensuring governance, security, compliance, and multi-account management standards.
• Architect highly available and resilient network security solutions using Gateway Load Balancer and third-party virtual firewall technologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to identify dependencies, mitigate migration risks, and optimize cloud adoption strategies.
• Develop technical documentation, migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and operational guides to support successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, replication, performance, cloud infrastructure, and migration activities.
• Contribute to cloud best practices, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and architectures.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AWS migration and cloud transformation projects within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) for rehost and lift-and-shift migration strategies.
• Solid experience using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) for homogeneous and heterogeneous database migrations.
• Deep understanding of AWS Landing Zone concepts, multi-account architectures, governance models, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking services, including VPCs, subnets, routing, Transit Gateway, hybrid connectivity, and security integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing Gateway Load Balancer architectures for high availability and traffic distribution across virtual firewall environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, access management, environment segregation, and operational governance frameworks.
• Ability to create technical designs, architecture documentation, migration plans, and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale migration waves, cutover testing, infrastructure automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies is highly desirable.
• AWS certifications focused on architecture, networking, migration, or cloud operations are considered a strong advantage.
• Technical English proficiency is preferred.
