Accountabilities

The Sr. Developer FullStack (.Net/Angular/AI) will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving scalable software solutions while integrating AI capabilities into the development lifecycle. The role requires a balance of hands-on coding, technical leadership, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and Angular, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using modern .NET technologies, including .NET 8+.
• Design and implement frontend solutions with Angular 19+ while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices by leveraging tools such as OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, and autonomous or semi-autonomous agents.
• Create and optimize AI-driven development workflows focused on code generation, automation, testing, and productivity improvements.
• Review, validate, and improve automatically generated code to ensure quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, KISS methodology, and established design patterns.
• Develop automated tests, including unit and integration testing, to maintain software reliability.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server and ensure efficient data management.
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and docker-compose.
• Implement observability practices through monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing solutions.
• Contribute to distributed systems and messaging architectures using technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile, innovative, and technology-driven environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior-level software engineer with strong full-stack development experience and a passion for applying artificial intelligence to modern software engineering practices. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical judgment, and experience delivering robust solutions in complex environments.

• Proven experience as a senior software developer with strong expertise in reviewing and improving code quality.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for software development, including AI APIs, coding assistants, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to design AI-driven or AI-assisted development workflows while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8 or newer.
• Solid frontend development experience with Angular 19+ and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, SOLID practices, and reusable code design.
• Experience with design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Builder, and similar approaches.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and development environments.
• Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
• Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Preferred experience with autonomous AI agents, AI-powered development pipelines, prompt engineering, or evaluating AI-generated outputs.
