Sr Distributor Manager

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, distributor development, and clinical market execution within a high-impact MedTech environment. You will be responsible for driving growth across LATAM by developing and managing distribution partners, expanding market penetration, and supporting the successful launch of innovative medical technologies. Working closely with internal leadership and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening commercial performance, and ensuring strong customer and physician engagement. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on field involvement, including clinical support and training activities. You will also contribute to pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance monitoring across assigned territories. Operating in a fast-paced, international setting, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, partner success, and adoption of advanced medical solutions across the region.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing distributor performance, driving regional growth strategies, and supporting clinical and commercial excellence across assigned LATAM territories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring alignment, performance, and strong commercial execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market penetration and increase adoption of medical technologies
- Analyze sales, market, and pricing data to identify opportunities and optimize revenue performance
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and regular performance tracking across distribution networks
- Lead training initiatives for distributors, ensuring strong clinical, technical, and commercial capabilities
- Provide hands-on case support and collaborate with physicians and clinical stakeholders when required
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and support congress and field engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align market entry strategies and regional development plans
- Bachelorβs degree in business, science, nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in the medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales environment
- Proven hands-on experience supporting interventional or surgical procedures in hospital settings
- Strong understanding of clinical research principles, GCP, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in distributor management, sales operations, or market development roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High energy, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively (60%+) across assigned territories
