This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Dynamics 365 Engineer based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that extend and integrate Dynamics 365 with the Microsoft Power Platform.
You will work across full-stack development, cloud services, automation, data integration, and application lifecycle management.
The role combines hands-on engineering with modern technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and other Azure services.
You will contribute to secure, scalable applications while creating reusable components and connectors across the Power Platform ecosystem.
The position offers exposure to agentic AI workflows and modern integration patterns in a collaborative Agile environment.
You will work with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for security, coding practices, CI/CD, and ALM.
This remote contractor opportunity is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working independently across a modern Microsoft technology stack.


Accountabilities

  • Design and develop full-stack applications that integrate Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform services.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments.
  • Extend Dynamics 365 functionality through custom development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and C# where appropriate.
  • Build secure and scalable backend services using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agentic AI workflows using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
  • Integrate and automate data and business workflows using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and other relevant services.
  • Develop reusable Power Platform components, custom connectors, and solution packages to accelerate future implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other middleware and integration technologies.
  • Apply software engineering, security, deployment, and application lifecycle management best practices across solutions.
  • Contribute effectively within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies while maintaining ownership of assigned deliverables.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript and backend development with .NET/C#.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    • Proven experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
    • Experience with enterprise-grade deployment workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
    • Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform solution packaging, and custom connectors.
    • Strong experience working with REST APIs, integration platforms, middleware, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
    • Practical experience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical collaboration skills.
    • Experience with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or other enterprise data platforms is advantageous.
    • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with Azure AI Services, OpenAI on Azure, and prompt engineering is a plus.
