Accountabilities:
- Manage administrative aspects of contracts, ensuring proper organization of demands and team allocation
- Monitor the availability and allocation of professionals across projects and operational needs
- Coordinate and systematize service execution, ensuring adherence to defined processes and SLAs
- Supervise teams and organize workload distribution to meet operational and client requirements
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure service quality and alignment
- Support financial control of contracts with a focus on efficiency and results
- Track operations using internal and client systems, ensuring accurate data management
- Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and operational documentation
- Participate in meetings with internal leadership and clients when required
- Ensure proper documentation, evidence collection, and process compliance
- Bachelorβs degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or Engineering (with valid CREA when applicable)
- Postgraduate studies in areas such as Public Administration, Business Management, Contracts Management, HR, Logistics, or related fields
- Around 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management within public administration, state-owned companies, or similar environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing teams and coordinating operational processes
- Ability to work with performance indicators, SLAs, and structured reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
