Support Engineer, SAP MM-eWM

This role is focused on delivering advanced functional and technical support for SAP MM and eWM environments in complex, highly customized enterprise landscapes. You will act as a key expert in resolving critical incidents, ensuring system stability, and supporting mission-critical logistics and materials management processes. Working remotely within a global support organization, you will collaborate closely with international clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure best practices are applied across SAP implementations. The position combines deep SAP expertise with hands-on problem solving, customer interaction, and continuous improvement responsibilities. You will also contribute to enhancing knowledge sharing and support methodologies within a 24/7 global support model. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences operational continuity and client success.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support across SAP MM and eWM modules, ensuring the stability and efficiency of client systems in complex environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SAP MM and eWM issues using structured problem-solving approaches
- Provide remote functional support, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to global clients
- Support Brazil-specific localization requirements, including fiscal and tax-related processes such as Nota Fiscal and integrations
- Deliver fixes, enhancements, and workarounds for critical system defects in highly customized SAP environments
- Collaborate with clients daily to understand requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assist in configuration discussions and support integration across SAP modules and external systems
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement of support processes
- 5+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM and eWM modules
- Proven experience in SAP support, implementation, rollout, or production environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration, configuration, and troubleshooting in complex systems
- Experience supporting Brazil-specific localization processes (e.g., tax, Nota Fiscal, fiscal integrations)
- Familiarity with highly customized SAP environments (enhancements, user exits, Z programs)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to manage critical incidents under SLA pressure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with clients and global teams
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- SAP certification(s) preferred
