Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is a key driver of the organization’s global hiring success, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and data-driven improvements in hiring efficiency. Accountabilities
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of talent across multiple business areas.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Create and publish job postings using the organization’s ATS and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
- Manage 15–20 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, quality, and speed in delivery
- Conduct background and reference checks to support compliant and high-quality hiring decisions
- Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Use data and ATS insights to optimize hiring processes and improve overall recruitment performance
- 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Proven ability to manage 10–15+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and results orientation
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid international environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil without sponsorship
