This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Sourcer, Agency based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to build high-quality talent pipelines for fast-growing startups and technology companies. You will focus on the top of the recruiting funnel, identifying, researching, engaging, and qualifying exceptional candidates for a range of technical and go-to-market roles. Your work will directly support recruiters in turning strong sourcing efforts into successful placements. You will use modern sourcing techniques, outreach platforms, social networks, Boolean search, and AI-powered recruiting tools to reach outstanding talent. The position is well suited to someone who is proactive, curious, highly organized, and motivated by measurable results. You will work closely with recruiters and a collaborative remote team while receiving structured training and hands-on coaching. As you gain experience, you will have increasing autonomy and opportunities to grow toward broader recruiting responsibilities.
Accountabilities
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates through outbound outreach, social media, X-ray sourcing, Boolean search, and creative research strategies.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve outbound talent pipelines across a range of technical, sales, and go-to-market positions.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, assess interest and basic fit, and effectively hand qualified candidates over to recruiters.
- Research target talent pools and develop sourcing approaches tailored to specific roles and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline information, sourcing notes, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure recruiters have clear visibility into candidate quality, activity, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and communicate clearly about sourcing results, candidate quality, challenges, and opportunities.
- Consistently meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline objectives while prioritizing quality over volume.
- Use recruiting technology and AI-powered tools effectively, learning and applying new platforms as required.
- Share sourcing ideas, identify potential issues early, and contribute proactively to improvements in team processes and workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned searches and candidate pipelines, ensuring work is organized, timely, and aligned with team commitments.
- Fluency in English is required, with the ability to conduct calls, write candidate outreach, and communicate confidently with professionals and clients in the United States.
- 0–3 years of experience in an outbound, research, recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or client-facing role is advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and work independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with care and attention applied to candidate searches and pipeline quality.
- Excellent research, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to maintain accurate candidate and sourcing information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and teammates.
- Coachable and curious mindset, with a willingness to receive feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously learn.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on qualified pipelines, candidate engagement, and meaningful recruiting outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and team members are expected to contribute ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support teammates and share knowledge.
- Ability to maintain availability for team meetings and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, including overlap until at least 3 PM Pacific Time.
- Competitive monthly compensation, typically within the $1,000–$3,000 range, depending on experience and local market.
