Tech Lead

In this role, you will lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering execution within a fast-paced software development environment. You will act as a key reference point for both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term product goals. Working closely with development teams, you will guide technology choices, establish engineering standards, and promote best practices across the organization. This position also requires strong people leadership, as you will mentor engineers, support their professional growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence. In addition, you will help remove delivery blockers, optimize development processes, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable releases. It’s an ideal role for a hands-on leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and strategic thinking.

Accountabilities:

• Lead technical architecture decisions and define technology standards aligned with business and scalability needs
• Select and guide the adoption of frameworks, tools, and technologies that ensure short- and long-term product success
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and engineering best practices
• Oversee system security, performance, and scalability as key priorities in technical design
• Mentor and develop engineering team members, identifying skill gaps and promoting continuous learning
• Support career growth of engineers by providing feedback, guidance, and development opportunities
• Act as a technical shield for the team, removing blockers and enabling smooth delivery
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of requirements
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes for faster and safer delivery
• Communicate technical risks and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior technical leadership role in software engineering
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and scalable solutions
• Ability to define and enforce engineering standards and best practices
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business language
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD and automation
• Experience evaluating and selecting technologies, frameworks, and tools based on business needs
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery, quality, and scalability
• Experience working closely with product and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
• Experience in high-growth or consulting/outsourcing environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
