Accountabilities:

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to development teams, ensuring software quality, architectural consistency, and alignment with business objectives. You will actively participate in agile practices and help drive engineering excellence across projects.

• Lead and support software developers by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day direction.
• Define and promote software development best practices using agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Participate in backlog refinement, impact analysis, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
• Contribute to discovery sessions by providing technical perspectives on business hypotheses and application development approaches.
• Help define product technical direction, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and continuous evolution.
• Ensure clear communication between architecture decisions, software components, and development teams.
• Promote technical processes such as estimations, technical definitions, Git workflows, and technical debt management.
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards, security practices, and technology guidelines.
• Take ownership of code quality, acceptance criteria, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Suggest tools and processes that improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
• Support the development of high-performance, reliable, and innovative digital solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in software engineering leadership, agile environments, and modern technology architectures. You should be comfortable guiding technical decisions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Completed or ongoing degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Angular, and PL-SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including SOLID, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and development best practices.
• Experience designing or working with microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience collaborating with chatbot development teams and understanding the underlying technologies and code.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance innovation with technical sustainability and long-term system performance.
