Tech Lead Salesforce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead Salesforce based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the technical direction of a strategic Salesforce initiative, combining architecture expertise with hands-on leadership.
The successful candidate will define scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while guiding engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
You will work closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into robust technology solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
The position blends software architecture, technical governance, system integration, and AI-driven innovation within a collaborative digital transformation environment.
You will influence engineering standards, mentor development teams, and help shape the long-term evolution of enterprise platforms.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the technical authority for strategic Salesforce initiatives, guiding architectural decisions and defining the overall technical direction.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance solution architectures that support long-term business and technology objectives.
• Architect complex solutions involving Salesforce, system integrations, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
• Support the definition of technical roadmaps, platform evolution strategies, and long-term architectural planning.
• Conduct technical assessments, recommend improvements, and drive sound engineering decisions for complex scenarios.
• Establish and enforce software architecture standards, technical governance, quality guidelines, and development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges while ensuring solution scalability, maintainability, and security.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, Salesforce Architect, or similar technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience designing scalable software architectures and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, enterprise architecture, and distributed solution design.
• Proven expertise with the Salesforce platform, including solution architecture and technical implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including architecture, configuration, and technical leadership for AI-powered solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture best practices, quality standards, and technical governance.
• Experience leading development teams, establishing technical standards, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to make strategic technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications, particularly in architecture, development, or AI-related specializations, are considered an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Copilot, generative AI solutions, or other AI technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated, mission-critical environments is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern software architectures, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale digital transformation projects is advantageous.
