This role serves as a critical bridge between enterprise customers and technical teams, ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of advanced cybersecurity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of a comprehensive security platform while aligning technical capabilities with business needs. The position combines deep technical understanding with strong customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-impact cybersecurity environment. You will work closely with security teams, engineers, and stakeholders across LATAM to ensure seamless integration and long-term success. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. This is a highly collaborative position where customer success and technical excellence go hand in hand.


Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing technical relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimization of cybersecurity solutions.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
  • Support onboarding, deployment, and integration of cybersecurity platforms
  • Guide clients in maximizing platform value through best practices and optimization strategies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams
  • Translate customer business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and product performance to ensure long-term success
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and advisory sessions to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer alignment
  • Requirements:
    You should bring strong technical expertise combined with customer-facing experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.

    • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
    • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise software architecture
    • Background in cybersecurity or related technical domains is highly preferred
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
    • Experience working in fast-paced, global or remote environments
