You will act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely resolution of technical requests, and alignment of platform functionalities with business needs. Accountabilities

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Support clients with platform inquiries, incidents, and technical requests, performing initial troubleshooting and technical investigations.
  • Consult clients on best practices, product functionality, and operational workflows to optimize platform usage.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams with full technical and business context to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze client feedback and operational data to propose improvements in product features or internal processes.
  • Maintain and enhance internal documentation, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides to support team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Development, and Infrastructure teams to implement client-centered solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and client expectations.
  • Requirements:

    • Fluency in English (B2+), Portuguese (B2+), and Russian (C1+).
    • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Experience in business analysis or product management processes to align technical solutions with client requirements.
    • Analytical and operational skills with structured problem-solving, pattern recognition, and attention to detail.
    • Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, YAML, browser DevTools, Git workflows (GitLab or similar), Jira, monitoring tools (Datadog, Kibana, Grafana), and API debugging.
    • Ability to manage difficult conversations, maintain professional client relationships, and provide ownership of client issues.
    • Nice to have: familiarity with React, frontend architecture, QA or technical support experience, understanding of SSR/SEO principles, responsive design, and large-scale software development environments.
