This is a highly execution-driven role where creativity, sales instincts, and analytical thinking come together to scale a modern social commerce channel.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling TikTok Shop growth through affiliate partnerships and optimized e-commerce operations, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong creator performance.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale through TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up, focusing on engagement and revenue generation
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators and influencers
• Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends to maximize content performance and conversion rates
• Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from creator collaborations and campaigns
• Launch and manage TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns to increase GMV
• Optimize product listings in TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and promotional offers
• Monitor shop performance metrics such as reviews, fulfillment, compliance, affiliate GMV, and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign and affiliate performance, delivering weekly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in TikTok Shop operations, influencer marketing, and performance-driven affiliate growth within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms for e-commerce brands
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Strong outreach and sales mindset with experience in high-volume communication (DMs, email, creator outreach)
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and TikTok Seller Center
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators and partners
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze GMV, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content formats, and platform dynamics
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
• Existing network of TikTok creators or influencers is considered a strong advantage
