Transaction Coordinator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transaction Coordinator based in Brazil.
This remote contract role supports real estate acquisitions and dispositions through the settlement process.
You will coordinate transactions from contract through closing, keeping files accurate and timelines on track.
The role combines customer communication, contract administration, title coordination, and property marketing support.
You’ll work closely with title companies, construction teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, expanding real estate operation serving markets across the United States.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST, with compensation of $10–$15 USD per hour.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate acquisitions and dispositions to ensure transactions move efficiently toward settlement and properties can be prepared for market promptly.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process, providing timely communication and support.
- Review contracts and settlement statements, enter transaction information accurately, and maintain complete and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Manage relationships with title companies and follow up proactively to ensure settlements remain on schedule.
- Support property marketing activities, including ordering professional photography, creating online listings, and coordinating staging.
- Partner with the construction team to confirm renovation and other project work is completed before properties are listed.
- Support expansion into new geographic markets by helping coordinate transaction-related activities and operational processes.
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate settlement or title industry; 3+ years of transaction/settlement coordination experience is preferred based on the application requirements.
- High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple transaction files simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and keep transactions moving.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to follow up effectively when information or action is needed from others.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM-based workflows.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and file-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines may shift.
- Fluency in English and experience working with U.S.-based companies, real estate investors, or house flippers are valuable assets.
