- Contribute to the continuous development of technical knowledge and market solutions, collaborating with colleagues to strengthen the team's expertise and position in the Surety market.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably involving the analysis of infrastructure and real estate projects and/or underwriting within the Brazilian Surety insurance market.
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with an entry-level profile may also be considered depending on their relevant qualifications and potential.
- Previous experience with judicial and contractual bonds, Surety underwriting, risk assessment, or related insurance activities is highly relevant to the position.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate economic, sector-specific, project, and client information and translate findings into sound underwriting decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients, brokers, business partners, risk management teams, senior colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proactive and hardworking approach, with a willingness to take ownership, go beyond immediate requirements, and contribute to achieving both short-term objectives and long-term goals.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and creativity in developing alternative solutions to complex business and underwriting challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative and engaged team player.
- Mature, self-confident, and commercially aware profile, capable of representing the underwriting function effectively in internal and external discussions.
