UX Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UX Designer in Brazil.
In this role, you will contribute to the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that directly impact product usability and customer satisfaction. You will work across multidisciplinary teams, transforming user insights into functional and visually coherent solutions. The position involves conducting research, mapping user journeys, and designing wireframes and prototypes that guide product development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure alignment between user needs and technical feasibility. The role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end design processes, from discovery to validation, within a culture that values creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement. This is a highly collaborative position where user empathy and design thinking are central to decision-making.
Accountabilities
You will be responsible for shaping user experiences by translating research insights into clear, functional, and engaging digital product designs. Your work will support the full UX lifecycle, from discovery to prototyping and validation.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to understand needs and behaviors
- Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, and information architecture focused on usability
- Create low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to support product development
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to translate insights into solutions
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies throughout the product design lifecycle
- Support usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UX practices and design standards
- Completed higher education degree
- Proven experience in UX Design roles
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques
- Nice to have: experience in UI Design and Design Systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Maze, or similar analytics/research platforms
