UX Designer - Senior

This role offers the opportunity to shape exceptional digital experiences across complex, high-impact products. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and validation. You will translate research insights into actionable improvements, optimize user journeys, and ensure consistency and quality across interfaces. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will drive data-informed design decisions and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and design workflows. This position combines creativity, analytical thinking, and influence, giving you the chance to directly impact user satisfaction and product success at scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes including discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and perception tests.
• Transform user data and research insights into actionable recommendations for product evolution.
• Validate product hypotheses through experimentation, including A/B tests, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Analyze user behavior metrics (funnel, conversion, engagement) to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Apply AI-powered tools to streamline discovery, analysis, and design processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong design, research, and analytical skills:

• Solid experience as a Product/UX Designer in digital products, preferably e-commerce or large-scale platforms.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with usability tests, perception tests, and solution validation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reading data and product metrics.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to structure and validate product hypotheses.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to design and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

Differential Skills:

• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Mixpanel.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (CRO, A/B testing).
• Exposure to high-traffic digital products.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and design governance.
• Experience in omnichannel contexts (digital + physical).
