Web Developer & SEO Specialist

This role combines website development, technical optimization, and SEO strategy to strengthen digital performance and online visibility.
You will take ownership of building, improving, and maintaining a high-performing website designed to generate meaningful business results.
The position requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and analytical thinking to improve user experience and search rankings.
You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies, optimize conversions, and drive organic growth.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on managing website development, technical SEO initiatives, and digital growth strategies to improve visibility, performance, and conversion outcomes.

• Transform approved design concepts into fast, responsive, and high-quality websites, managing the full development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain website pages, landing pages, location pages, blog templates, and other digital assets within the CMS.
• Improve user experience, accessibility, page speed, security, and overall website performance.
• Implement website updates, design improvements, experiments, and new features independently and efficiently.
• Manage technical SEO elements, including site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and schema markup to improve search engine understanding and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent search opportunities and develop strategies to increase qualified traffic.
• Optimize website content in collaboration with marketing teams while maintaining quality standards and search best practices.
• Manage local SEO activities, including business profile optimization, citations, and location-based visibility strategies.
• Support link-building and digital PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
• Analyze performance data through tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, lead tracking, and ranking platforms to identify growth opportunities.
• Run conversion optimization experiments focused on improving user journeys, forms, calls, and lead generation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with web development and SEO, combining technical skills with strategic thinking and the ability to independently manage digital growth initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience working across website development and SEO, either in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience creating and managing modern, fast, conversion-focused websites using platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and local SEO strategies with demonstrated results in improving rankings and organic traffic.
• Ability to independently manage website launches, migrations, and ongoing optimization projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with competitive, high-intent local service industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, legal intake tools, and call-tracking solutions is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing custom improvements when needed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and take ownership of digital initiatives.
