Workday HCM Systems Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday HCM Systems Analyst in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in supporting and optimizing a global Workday HCM environment within a mission-driven organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of People & Culture systems that support employees across multiple countries. Working in a collaborative and international context, you will handle functional and technical support activities, including user administration, reporting, and system configuration. The position requires strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues and ensure data integrity across HR processes. You will also contribute to release management, testing cycles, and the development of scalable reporting solutions that meet evolving business needs. It is a highly impactful role where technology, HR operations, and global collaboration come together.

Accountabilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring system stability and effective daily operations
• Resolve complex system issues in alignment with established support procedures and best practices
• Manage user administration, security configurations, data integrity, and system maintenance activities
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Participate in system testing, maintenance cycles, and Workday release management activities
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of People & Culture data across HR systems
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements and cross-functional HR initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, administration, and support
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues
• Experience developing advanced reports within Workday
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken)
• Agile methodology experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-cultural and international teams
