Accountabilities:

• Work within Digital Insights squads focused on territory and seller-related challenges, developing data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
• Build analyses and predictive models to support decisions related to allocation, distribution, footprint expansion, and service level improvements.
• Develop solutions for portfolio definition and product recommendations for sellers.
• Translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and business teams.
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of models and solutions on key business indicators.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and learnings clearly to support decision-making.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimentation methodologies to improve products and operational strategies.
• Develop and maintain models involving prediction, classification, segmentation, recommendation systems, and ranking techniques.
• Explore opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies to accelerate problem-solving and development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas.
• Previous experience in Data Science, Analytics, or similar roles, with autonomy to develop and apply analytical solutions to business challenges.
• Practical experience creating and implementing analyses or models used by business teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with PySpark and processing large volumes of data.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience developing predictive, classification, segmentation, or recommendation models.
• Knowledge of recommendation techniques such as similarity models, association rules, and ranking algorithms.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and impact measurement approaches.
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems into actionable analytical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with territorial allocation, distribution, geographic data, marketplace, e-commerce, or delivery environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Databricks, cloud environments, and generative AI tools is considered a differentiator.
