We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Enrichment Specialist to support a fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will ensure that CRM records, prospect lists, and sales reports are accurate, complete, and optimized for outreach. You will play a key part in maintaining data quality, identifying missing information, and streamlining processes to enable the sales team to operate efficiently. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, remote environment, directly impacting the success of business development efforts while collaborating with a motivated and results-driven team.

Accountabilities

The Data Enrichment Specialist will:

Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Enrich prospect and customer records by filling in missing data points such as contacts, emails, and company information.
Organize and maintain spreadsheets, prospect lists, and reports to support sales outreach.
Support sales leadership with data analysis, reporting, and list management.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and implement process enhancements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and reliable data for sales initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
High attention to detail and excellent computer navigation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and maintaining data accuracy under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in sales support or business development environments.
Basic familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools.
